Four modes of learning – marketers should know

There are four basic modes of learning: watching, listening, reading, and doing — the latter also called “experiential learning.”

Robert W. Bly says: “The problem is, it’s difficult to segment your market by their preferred learning mode”. And this is the truth. So, marketers have to provide advertisement in different formats:

1) video – for people who prefer watching,
2) audio – for “audials”,
3) text – for “sign”-people, and
4) different workshops, training exercises, and other activities for persons who prefer to learn by doing.

And all of these we have to provide at the same time. May be with ability to give to the prospects a chance to chose from the four types of the content. Using all four types increases a conversions of a marketing campaign.
